Producing paper
Pupils of third classes and of class 8B visited a manufacture of hand made paper in a small village Prietrž to see what difference is there between home made and factory produced paper.
Recycling paper
A way how to use and recycle used paper to produce something worthy – a swan made by pupils after school lessons in school club. Photos
Collecting paper
Between the 14th and 16th of May we have collected 19033 kgs of paper. Ranking of classes: first place 3.A with 2508 kgs, second place 4.B with 1478 kg and the third place 5.A with 1134 kgs. Singles ranking: first place David Samuhel from 3.A who brought 717kgs of paper, second place Kristína Topoľčanská from 8.B with 370kgs of paper and the third place Mário Malovec from class 5.A with 362kgs. Water ecosystem
Pupils of 5A class made some projects about water ecosystem. They worked in groups and presented their projects to their classmates. They described several themes like circulation of water, protected water species, water pollution, mineral springs of Slovakia. Photos
Honey
Interactive lesson about honey- how it is made and what we can do from it was presented in class 2B. Pupils could taste honey directly from the bee comb- hive. Photos

Environmental excursion
On the 12. of April attended some teachers of our school an environmental excursion within an actualising education of teachers in Austria. They visited Marchegg – the kingdom of white stork and National park Donau Auen – the wetlands of Danube river with its centre in the small town named Orth an der Donau E-Presentation- environmental excursion
